libicui18n.so.66: cannot open shared object file

Hi,
I've just upgraded my Ubuntu to 20.10 and compilled and installed the newest MPD 0.22.1
Unfortunately MPD doesn't work:

Is it MPD bug? If not what could I change in the configuration to move on?

It's certainly not a MPD bug. It has nothing to do with MPD.
If you compile something and link it with a library, but the library can suddenly not be found, then your Linux installation is broken.

I've reinstalled 'icu-devtools' restarted mpd.socket/mpd.service and MPD works.
