Move files while respecting playlists

I want to reorganize my music directory, but I use a lot of playlists. How can I move files while keeping paths in the MPD playlists valid?

I wasn't able to find anything on the forum because it refused to search "rename file playist", "move file playlist", or "rename move file playlist", so hopefully I didn't miss any posts about that .
